Effective date: May 5, 2026 Operator: Apex Rev (sole proprietorship — Jedesson Tavares) Contact: support@apexrev.store
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website apexrev.store (the "Store") and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully and save a copy for your records.
The Store is operated by Apex Rev, a sole proprietorship owned by Jedesson Tavares. Tax-registration details and the full postal address of the operator are provided on request to support@apexrev.store and on the order confirmation email, in accordance with Article 6 of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
Apex Rev sells streetwear-inspired apparel and related items produced on demand through our fulfilment partner Gelato APS and its global production network. Each item is manufactured after your order is placed and paid for; we do not hold finished stock. Production windows and shipping times are set out in the Shipping Policy.
Product images are illustrative. Slight variations in print placement, colour, and finish — typical of print-on-demand manufacturing and within industry tolerance — do not constitute a defect.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.
We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability, pricing errors, or restrictions on shipping to certain destinations. Any payment already received will be refunded promptly.
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the storefront and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any duties or import charges (for destinations outside the EU) are shown at checkout or, where impossible to calculate in advance, are clearly indicated as the customer's responsibility.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (which may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and others). Payment is captured at the time of order.
Under Articles 9–16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the EU/EEA have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement (email is sufficient) to support@apexrev.store before the period expires.
Important — exceptions under Art. 16(c): items that are made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This includes any product where you have selected a custom size combination, custom print, or custom configuration that is unique to your order. Standard catalogue items produced to a generic specification remain eligible for withdrawal.
If you withdraw from an eligible order:
A model withdrawal form is available on request.
The right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights regarding non-conformity of goods under EU consumer-sales law (notably Directive (EU) 2019/771). Specific procedures for damaged, defective, or wrong items are described in the Refund Policy.
All graphics, logos, photographs, designs, and texts on the Store are owned by Apex Rev or used under licence and are protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the physical product for normal personal purposes. It does not transfer any intellectual-property rights in the design.
You agree not to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any direct loss arising from a contract concluded through the Store is limited to the price paid for the affected order. We do not exclude or limit liability for:
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including carrier disruptions, customs hold-ups, and natural disasters.
These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer's country of habitual residence in the EU/EEA, as required by Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008 (Rome I).
Disputes may be brought before the courts of the operator's place of establishment or, at the consumer's option, the courts of the consumer's country of residence within the EU/EEA, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers in the EU may use it to submit disputes online. We are not, at present, obliged to participate in alternative dispute-resolution proceedings before a specific consumer-arbitration body, but we are happy to engage in good-faith resolution directly.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, our practices, or our product range. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the moment the order is confirmed.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
For any question about these Terms or about an order, please contact support@apexrev.store.
